What I Eat In A Day

hello good morning beautiful people
today is a full day of eating what I eat
in a day and that is one of my favorite
videos to film because I love talking
about food who’s been a passion of mine
since I was little and it’s gonna be a
great day you guys just saw my breakfast
well it’s not really my breakfast in my
pre-workout meal before I hit the gym
and usually well I’ve been hitting a gym
early anywhere from like 6 a.m. to 7
a.m. I’ll get to the gym or f45 without
or legree and that has been the plan
that has been the plan to this past few
months and it feels so good to wake up
to get it done feel so energized not
think about it the rest today and you
know it just feels so it feels like the
biggest accomplishment and I talked
about this in my last couple vlogs but
working out early has literally changed
my life
so anyway that’s the deed for today I’m
gonna show you guys all my meals but
first these meals are going to be a lot
different than what you’re used to
seeing you guys are used to seeing very
plain simple meals which is great but I
am getting bored of those meals so I’ve
been switching it up lately and being
very hopefully creative in your eyes but
I think you’re gonna enjoy all of these
meals because they’re just different
from what I’ve ever done
so masa deeds for today I’m about to hit
a glute workout we’re gonna film that
entire thing so I’ll be doing a
voiceover for this video and I’ll give
you guys all the deets as to how you
should move throughout the exercise
where you should feel it so without
further ado hello I missed you guys but
I’m back on my game because I love you
guys
here we go three

okay so we are done with the gym we’re
done getting ready we’re done with my
second cup of coffee now we’re gonna eat
breakfast it’s about 9:00 a.m. and I’m
starving so I’m cooking again a ton of
new recipes and I hope you guys like
them because they’re so fire so this
first one is breakfast and it’s gonna be
a tofu scramble I think about a month or
two ago I stopped eating eggs
I’ve always been dairy-free but I wanted
to see if eggs was causing my acne and I
think it was because once I cut them out
my face started to clear up so anyways
I’m gonna do this tofu scramble and here
we go so the first thing you want to do
is saute your veggies so I have a ton of
mushrooms because I’m a mushroom freak
and then I’m gonna chop some onion and
green bell pepper okay so here is onion
I’m gonna put a lot of onion in as well
honestly the more volume you can get the
better
big volumous meals like this mean that
they are you add a lot of obviously
volume for a little amount of calories
and you get that fiber it keeps you full
what’s easier is if you prep your
veggies like once or twice a week and
you leave them in a container that way
you can just grab and throw in the pan
rather than sit here and cut it up
because to be honest no one has time for
that but I did want to show you guys the
process of doing all of this in person
YUM okay so we have our veggies pot now
we’re gonna add the sauce which also you
guys can do this sauce and like a big
batch and keep it in a little jar and
then you can saute with it you can put
it over anything it’s so good I am
missing one ingredient and that’s apple
cider vinegar but it’ll still be
delicious so I’m gonna eyeball the Dijon
mustard but to get a little
serving you want to do like two
tablespoons of the mustard usually you
would also add one to two tablespoons of
apple cider vinegar you’re gonna add
some nutritional yeast so you’re gonna
do one tablespoon I don’t have a
tablespoon which is really annoying all
we have is this half of a teaspoon so
four teaspoons equals a tablespoon
I might even eight of these which is now
we’re going to do a teaspoon of turmeric
which turmeric is awesome tons of health
benefits for you but it also adds really
awesome color to your meals so turmeric
is a great anti-inflammatory but if you
don’t add pepper to it
your body can’t absorb it as well so
we’re gonna do that and then we’re gonna
do some salt to taste
some ground mustard just to taste I love
me some ground mustard come on add that
bad boy in some I’m gonna do trivia but
I’ll just add like teaspoon and then
since we don’t have apple cider vinegar
I’m going to add just a little bit of
water we have that and then you want to
add the pepper so that that’s Rimmer it
can be easily absorbed in your body so
let’s take you on over to the pan and
let’s start sauteing bad boy now we’re
just gonna add all the goodies the
veggies and it looks like a lot right
now as you’re sauteing the volume comes
down oh yeah so when it’s like halfway
through sauteing I’ll add this sausage
with sauce so that it kind of just adds
a nice flavor and almost like
caramelizing the veggies and then
another thing I’ll add just add some
liquid to the sauteing process is
coconut aminos which are so good you can
use them on anything and they just
change an entire meal noms if you guys
think this is too big for you like
portion size you can always cut it in
half and use it the next day just reheat
it in the microwave or on the stove and
you have your breakfast ready to go it’s
almost done when the veggies are like a
little bit brownie on the outside that’s
what I like it and then the onions are
opaque so clear that’s when you know
it’s ready to be ready to be good to go
and then kind of just whenever the tofu
is heated up okay so next step
is to add some of your cheese I’m using
this vegan mozzarella from Trader Joe’s
and it’s so good this cheese in the
specific has a lot of flavor so you’re
just going to sprinkle some on the top
and I’m going to only eat half of this
because it’s a huge portion and I want
to be able to eat lunch in a couple
hours
so we have this and then you’re gonna
turn the stove off cover it so the
cheese gets all melty and in the interim
we’re gonna cut some sourdough bread
toast it add some vegan butter on it the
bread is toasted now I’m gonna take this
butter
Mykonos Mykonos I never know how to say
that it’s a vegan cultured butter spread
it across that bad boy YUM so we have
this now we’re gonna add the scramble to
the plate so beautiful this is melted so
again I’m only gonna eat half because I
know myself and I think my eyes were
bigger than my stomach today balsamic
glaze glaze glaze oh my goodness because
it’s not looking so good that is all
guys that is all okay we just finished
breakfast now we’re gonna go up a lot of
you guys have been asking me how I
organize all of my balanced clothes so
I’m gonna show you that in my closet
right now so here’s the thing our closet
in the last place we were renting was a
lot bigger than this closet in our new
house so we kind of have to work around
all that and I might get a new closet
system like from california closets or
something but basically everything in
here for me is my workout stuff and
lounging stuff and then dresses
everything else that I’m going to show
you is things I wear on a daily basis
dress up clothes all of that that’s in
my
so here we go first off let’s start down
here this is the harmony collection we
have it all here and here so as you can
see I have blacks on the bottom right
Black’s on the bottom Grey’s pink blue
purple on the top so that’s the harmony
this is just kind of chaotic everywhere
these are the harmony bra and then
that’s it for harmony for like the
shorts and the sports bras and the pants
the next one is Kingdom Kingdom is all
right here this is just the pants I have
a drawer of the kingdom tops but these
are just the pants I have the green the
Reds and Maroons the gray the white and
then the King cheetah which is my fave
on the next collection I have here laid
out is quartz so I’ll grab and go really
fast with that this right here is Aurra
so we have the hora sports bras and then
we have the hora joggers with the
leggings last but not least we have here
the journey collection so anything that
is a current collection all put on this
shelf because that’s what I wear at the
time when a collection is launching
that’s ever that’s all all wear is a
collection that’s launching bla bla bla
bla so I have the joggers the leggings
and all of the sports bras for journey
now over here I hang up all my t-shirts
long sleeves all of that so as you can
see we have the very first collection
which is kind of cool to see the
Outlander collection which launched last
September times we have these hoodies
then we go on to the kingdom I just have
the cropped up here because that’s
really all I wear I don’t wear the lone
five kingdom here and then we have
courts
it also is the long sleeve here then I
have Ora then I have harmony so these
are the Harmony T’s harmony tanks and
then like down here I have some jackets
these are harmony this is journey and
last but not least journey so we have
all the long sleeves and then all of the
t-shirts so the last thing I want to
show you is the drawer that I have my my
pjs drawer is literally all full of
balance like I only wear these men’s
vital T’s to bed now like I gave away
all my other stuff because it’s all I
wear so I have all of the men’s vital
T’s in large and that’s what I have down
here this drawer is like a drawer that I
don’t really wear a lot or that I have
like two of things so this is a lot of
Kingdom collection some of the quartz
collection and then just like some
random some random bras so you guys been
asking what I do with all my workout
stuff from balance and that’s basically
what I do it’s an organized mess but I
do it by collection and everything can
really mix and match so it’s cool to
just see it all in one place that way I
can just grab go come up with different
um what’s the right word combos for each
outfit Steve and I are going to veil
tomorrow we realized after Cabo that we
just need to force ourselves to leave
town every once in a while to be able to
recoup re-energize spend some time
together it’s something that we’re gonna
start working on in terms of having
better work-life balance because we felt
so rejuvenated after Cabo so we’re going
up there tomorrow and I thought it’d be
fun to share with you guys what I’m
packing and the outfits I’m bringing so
let’s show them Zoe let’s show him okay
let’s go Emma tomorrow we’re going to
bail Lilly she loves any sort of like
cuddly blanket
type thing and that’s what this oh great
okay so veil is only like an hour and 20
away from us but on the car ride up
tomorrow I’m gonna wear these balance
joggers with the balance tea from the
journey question I’ll tie it up and then
over top of that I will wear this Sherpa
which is life I got it from Free People
and it’s everything I’ve ever wanted in
life it’s a whole blanket that goes
across your body outfit – it depends on
the weather so I might pair this with
tights black tights but I have a sweater
all this is from Free People I have a
sweater over this cute mom colored skirt
with the Sherpa over top and then I
might wear tights depending with these
boots these boots are so cute
also from Free People and they’re nice
and like tall they give you a good okay
so that’s outfit – okay outfit three for
dinner
I have this from three people it’s such
like oversized to the top and I’m
hearing that with my favorite jeans ever
doctor denim you get them off of Reval
and they’re so cute they’re just black
skinny jeans with my belt and then I
will pair that with these knee-high
boots they’re from goodnight macaroon a
lot you guys asked me and they’re my
favorite boots I’ve ever owned in my
life super comfy
very high quality goodnight macaroon so
that’s a dinner outfit the next outfit
final outfit is the workout outfit for
next day or the traveling home outfit so
I have the dirty bra with King cheetah
leggings and the journey jacket so
that’s what I’m bringing and let’s do a
little try on haul

now we’re on to lunch
it’s about 12:30 and of course per usual
I am starving so here we go
what I already have prepped out which I
do once or twice a week I’ll prep my
meats and veggies and carbs and rice
I’ll do that about once or twice a week
so that I can just throw in a bowl and
just heat it up whether I’m on the road
at work or whatever I always have a meal
on hand that way I don’t cave for like
you know fast food all the time I keep
my nutrients in check so meal prepping
is huge but what we have here is a
Mediterranean Bowl it’s basically
turmeric rice Trader Joe’s I put on a
sheet Brussels sprout onions garlic as
well as with the broccoli you guys can
see that in the meal prep video I did a
few videos ago but basically you just
put it on a pan sheet and bake it and
then this chicken it’s a newfound love
for me let me show you what
it’s this foil asado and basically you
just put it on a pan and you fry it up
and it’s done it’s already seasoned or
marinated and it’s so freakin good like
my mouth is watering looking at it
that’s that and then you have your
toppings which I’ll go over here in a
second so lunch is already made and I
just had to put it in a bowl and
microwave it up so first we have the
turmeric rice the Brussels and onions
the broccoli and the chicken these are
actually chicken thighs and I was
sketched out at first about them but I
tried them last night for the first time
and they’re so so good you get them at
Trader Joe’s okay so this is what the
bowl looks like and as you can see it’s
pretty has a lot of volume so it’ll keep
you full for a while lots of fiber some
rice which is gonna also keep me full
for a while after that’s done you’re
going to heat it up after you heat it up
you’re gonna add your toppings I have
this eggplant hummus from tread of job
I’m gonna put it on add some fat to this
meal
although the chicken thighs do have a
little fat then we have your salsa
this one’s from Whole Foods then the
Nana peppers which are Jeff’s garden
mild peppers then you have your hot and
sweet jalapeno from Chet juice and then
top it off with the glaze that we used
earlier
look I’ve done this looks YUM so again
as long as you have everything prepped
like a couple times a week it’ll be
super easy to just grab and go
I’m a very grab-and-go lifestyle I’m
always doing something so if I don’t
have my meals prepped
I won’t eat nutrient-dense that day so
the fact that this is prepped throw in a
bowl bring it to work heat it up at work
is literally the perfect lunch for me

you’re gonna do a taste test for you
guys and today is a full day of eating
so here we go I’m so excited
these are like oh really done by this
sauce what that is something really good
almost like snickerdoodle
oh no what hmm holy crap that is fire oh
my gosh okay next one
see I wish you have the names for these
but oh it’s still going holy Sh I stuff
this one looks like the pumpkin one I’m
bringing into the balance team so I
don’t want to like eat anyone but okay
here’s mm oh my gosh this is so good boy
the final one I’m gonna try is it looks
like butterscotch now here we go
office is gonna frequently
oh wow that tastes like Dairy Queen you
get that butterscotch dipped cone holy
crap
also if you choose anything from mega
Lich’s can you guess Steve yeah you got
it boy I know I can’t get over it
healthy I’ll help also you guys I forgot
to tell ya happy Halloween
you know when you’re a kid and you just
wait for Halloween and you’re so excited
to go to school with your costume on
trick-or-treating well when you’re an
adult it’s uh it’s just another day in
the neighborhood we got some candy we
got tons of variety of all like
starburst Sour Patch nerds like so but I
don’t have a bowl because I just don’t
think of these things until last minute
so we got a tiny freaking Bowl but we’re
gonna be the cool house and also offer
full-sized candy bars you guys I
remember growing up we did that one year
my family and we were never forgotten in
the neighborhood and I don’t know if
that’s a good thing they remembered that
leg then you have all the kids showing
up to your house but but that would
spoil these children this year see
oh so dark my gosh hopefully you guys
can see me what’s up guys so I wanted to
sit down and talk to you guys about my
current nutrition fitness and health
goals so as you guys may know if you’re
new to my channel go back the past like
15 20 videos and watch the elevate you
series that has kind of been my world
the past few months where we have six
daily tasks drinking more water you know
exercising all of that so we did elevate
you when I was so good doing that
and then we did Vegas and then we did
cabo so I’ve been you know keeping on my
activeness since elevate you but at the
same time I dropped the ball after Vegas
I dropped the ball at the ball and like
nutrition and continuing to let stress
take over my life and not stretching
before bed and all of that so I do I
felt so I think you guys might have too
but I felt so good during elevate you
that I really want to do another one
and I’m thinking that’ll be probably in
February or March just another six weeks
series because it’s so good for me to
focus on that mentally and it’s not
something I want to do during the
holidays because during the holidays I
just like to relax and I like to eat
food and I like to not worry about what
I’m doing exercise and nutrition wise
and all of that as much as I do when I’m
doing elevate you so if you guys think
that I should do another elevate you
series comment down below and then I
might make a workout guide for that too
if you guys are interested for free of
course but I just I loved it and I felt
so good on it so long story short
elevate you Cabo you know we were just
drinking even having a good time and now
that I’m back I want to get back on at
least eating my nutrient-dense foods and
having prepped meals because this past
few weeks since we got back from Cabo
I’ve been just like eating out a lot and
when I do that my skin starts to freak
out I mean as you can see there’s
they’re starting to come they’re
starting to come back so I want to keep
having my prepped meals because it makes
it so much easier to grab and go
throughout the day so that’s one of my
goals is to just keep nutrient-dense
foods on hand and of course I’m gonna
continue to eat out because that’s just
who I am I love to eat out and there’s
so many good restaurants here in Denver
so I’ll never ever again in my life
restrict myself in the way I used to but
in that I do want to make sure I’m
getting nutrients my body needs to
function optimally so that’s one of my
focuses and then fitness-wise I was
doing two days a week of f45 one day a
week of Legris two days of lifting
glutes and shoulders I actually feel
really good on that routine so I’m gonna
continue to do it but there may be a
time where I don’t feel like doing f45
and I feel like going to do a training
session or legree or something like that
we’ll just we’ll see play it by ear but
right now I really want to focus on
growing the glutes that is a goal of
mine and that happens during the winter
because I end up eating I think more of
a surplus just because I’m eating a lot
more comfort foods growing the glutes
continue to have my meals prepped so
that I get my nutrients in those are my
two goals and I don’t know if you guys
know this about me if you’re new to my
channel when I was a junior in high
school my family went bankrupt and we
ended up losing everything it was a very
hard time in my life and it was one of
the darkest places in my life
therefore I ended up going through a
little bit of an eating disorder so I
got over it
I threw for like a year but I got over
it by just you know meeting new friends
moving again to a new stay and just like
not focusing on that part of my life it
happened and I did go through that so
I’ll never I know how it feels to be so
restricted and like restrictive on my
diet and exercise and I never want to do
that to myself again because I know
where that puts me
in a dark mental place that’s kind of
why you know I’m very like I don’t know
what I’m gonna do for my workout split
like I don’t know what my macros are I
don’t know this and that because I know
that when I put so much strain on those
things it makes me not happy and that’s
kind of what happened with competing – I
got my pro card after three years and
then after that realized it was making
happy anymore and that’s because of the
restrictive lifestyle
it was restricting my life in general my
balance in life life to me is all about
balance yeah his little backstory on my
entire freakin life anyways just thought
I’d let you guys know where I am
hope you guys are enjoying this video

you guys have any suggestions for the

is 6:00 p.m. I’m about to make the
cauliflower chicken pizza that we are
making I’ve just been really lazy and
sitting here don’t have the energy to
get up but right now we are enjoying
glass of vino Bebek decoy cab and some
cheese some cheese I know I’m mostly
dairy-free but when he pulls out the
wine and cheese at night girl just can’t
resist you got it I own it but it was
for you this camera is so heavy my arm
is going to break off what should we
watch on Netflix oh hello
we should watch that documentary on
Netflix playing oh look what’s on Hulu
eeen
hocus-pocus oh you’re not as excited
about it that’d be excited how about we
watch that documentary called that
athlete one on Netflix
do what

right munching on some sourdough toast
that I made Steve image really good but
first you want to bake the cauliflower
pizza crust like so and then you want to
go ahead and grab this pulled chicken
breast barbecue with barbecue sauce from
Trader Joe’s trader hos and then cut her
open
then you can add chicken breasts to the
pizza make sure it’s like very thin you
know because no one likes a big chunk of
chicken on their pizza very thin down
and then you’re gonna do a little bit of
marinara sauce you’re so good with steep
skin steep you’re so good with Steve’s
kids you’re so good with kids seats then
you’re gonna add your little bit of
marinara sauce just because I like my
pizza salsa if you know what I mean
no Lilly you shut your piehole shut it
right now okay
hope another grocery route that I lick
the spoon every single time now you’re
gonna do the cheese from this morning
the mozzarella then you’re gonna do some
cilantro and green onions from earlier
again I love me some so launch like this
pizza is still launched out let me show
you guys the final product oh this is
before final
we turn this oh yeah
final product and then for veggies we
have already prepped veggies like we did
earlier today

you really do yes he hates it I I will
say this what Paul you’re saying I think
it’s very good but I have this weird
thing with barbecue pizza
I’ve never liked it you never told me
that once in your life we’ve been doing
it for like 10 years how many times you
see me eat barbecue pizza
I’m pay attention I keep track it’s good
though it’s good but do you like the
crust
yeah the crust is good ma’am baby that’s
all that matters Bon Appetit PS I have
my mouth full I’m so rude this pizza is
dairy and gluten free and Steve says it
tastes like a real pizza that’s okay
guys we are full it is 7:30 right now we
just had dinner and I don’t know if I’m
going to be able to have more food
because that dinner was hefty I had
another piece and I am so full so I was
gonna do berries with coconut whipped
cream on top which sounds good
so I’ll record it if I do have it but if
not I wanted to close the vlog out and

Repair My Mind

hi I’m Hannah I’m a 23 year old British
Muslim currently studying in mental
health nursing and I’m hormones away
from qualifying as a mental health nurse
and if you haven’t come across my
YouTube page before I created a video in
2015 discussing mental health within the
Asian community if you’ve got 14 minutes
to spare please watch it I look very
different I’m wearing a hijab my views
are different yet the same to what they
are now I wanted to create a platform on
mental health for quite a long time I
just never kind of figured it out and I
do think I’ve kind of figured it out I’m
still dabbling I’m still doing bits and
bobs but I’m getting there so I’d really
appreciate everybody’s support I’m
currently trying to grow my Instagram
page which is called at repair my mind I
used to have a personal account which
was at Hana Muller but that’s currently
deactivated as I didn’t believe in its
purpose some of these reasons can be
found on my repair my mind Instagram
account and I’m hoping to create a lot
more content of my perceptions of what
mental health is a bit of background I
went to therapy a couple of months ago
from Mae for 10 weeks and that was kind
of like a huge revelation for me where I
was struggling even as a mental health
professional student mental health nurse
we all have our struggles but I was
struggling with my emotions or
struggling with my mind was crying all
the time I couldn’t do have being angry
I was always angry I was always
frustrated and I was being emotionally
reactive where anybody would just say
something I would be very snappy and
even with my patients at work and on
placement I
Villa rolling my eyes he wasn’t happy
unintentionally because I would question
myself why did I say that why did I do
that why did I act this way hence why I
put myself forward because I couldn’t
continue living my life in that way and
their whole mental health label has been
growing on me in a completely different
light to what we’ve been educated what
we’ve been told what we’ve been brought
up in and this is just from my personal
view but I know I come from a very small
city in the northwest of England so I
know quite a lot of our perceptions of
what mental health is is very similar
here however now that I’ve been growing
my platform on Instagram I’ve been
learning I’ve been discussing with a lot
of professionals a lot of more holistic
psychology psychological people that are
much very into the mind body and soul
the ego our inner child which I will
discuss further on if you keep following
me on my channel but I do want to reach
this to those who were like me
struggling them just a typical Asian
girl typical Muslim girl just kind of
growing up and dealing with mental
health problems but I didn’t even know
there were mental health problems and
obviously reach anybody else
young young adults teenagers older
adults just adults in general so please
